- Dressing: Always dress and undress the supports by "rolling" instead of pulling. Put the braces on high enough so that the top rib of the braces comes close to the armpit. ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a shirt sleeve etc. under the product. The reinforced honeycomb zone of the supports comes on the outside of the elbow.

Measurement instructions:
Take the circumference measurements from the thickest part of the bicep and forearm with the arm extended straight. Choose the right size based on the measurements in the chart. If your size is between two sizes, choose the larger size.
