Exchange and return conditions

The products have a 14-day return right from the moment of receiving the shipment.

The consumer must always and separately notify the seller of the cancellation of the order. Order cancellation can be reported freely using this form or by sending an email to: info@tritaniumstore.fi

If it is a product exchange or the product has a clear manufacturing defect, we do not charge handling costs for the return. In other cases, we charge a handling fee related to Posti's prepaid customer return freight (letter €4.00 / package €8.00). Note! By returning the product(s) at your own expense, handling costs are not charged. The purchase amount minus any handling costs will be returned to the customer as soon as the product has been returned to us.

The product to be returned / exchanged must be in completely original condition (manufacturer's product labels, etc.), unused and sellable. If the product has been put into use, the customer is responsible for the decrease in the product's value. If you cancel the transaction and do not notify us as instructed or in any other way before returning the products, the transaction made is binding and the payment you made for it remains valid.

Instructions for product return or exchange

We recommend returning the product(s) at your own expense, in which case handling costs will not be charged and we will receive your return faster, and we will also receive the money back faster than it was made.

1. Pack the product in its original condition and unused carefully in the original plastic/package
2. Include a letter/enclosure with your shipment that states your name and order number and information about what you want to do with the order
