 Delivery methods and Terms of Delivery

Posti - Pikkupaketti

Depending on the size, either in the mailbox/door or behind the door. You will receive a message when the package is shared. The shipment can be followed online or with the Posti Application. Delivery within 2–5 business days.

Matkahuolto - XXS package

Delivery to the nearest Matkahuolto pick up point.
Delivery within 1–3 business days. The shipment can be followed online or with the app.

Posti - Postipaketti (Normal post package)

Divide the mail pickup point of your choice.
Delivery time Sending: As a rule, 1-3 working days.

Matkahuolto - Lähellä Paketti (Pick up point package)

Delivery to the office or pick up point of your choice.
Delivery within 1–3 business days. The shipment can be followed online or with the app.

Posti - Express

Door-to-door delivery. Delivery normally to next working day by 4 pm (only in Finland). If the customer is not reached in connection with the division, the package can be picked up from the nearest post office. The recipient is not contacted separately during delivery.

UPS Worldwide Expedited®

Delivery Time
UPS Worldwide Expedited® is an international delivery option with door-to-door service, normally within 3–6 business days depending on the destination country.

Tracking
All shipments include real-time tracking, allowing the customer to monitor the delivery throughout the entire journey.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Charges
Any customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other government-imposed fees are not included in the shipping price. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • UPS handles the customs clearance process on behalf of the recipient and pays the required charges upfront to ensure timely delivery.

  • The recipient will receive an invoice from UPS for duties, taxes, and any applicable handling fees either prior to or immediately after delivery.

  • If the recipient fails to pay these charges, the shipment may be delayed or returned to the sender.

Responsibilities

  • The sender is responsible for ensuring that the shipment contents are accurately declared and that all necessary commercial documentation (e.g., commercial invoice) is provided.

  • The recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other charges, as well as ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and successful receipt of the shipment.

  • UPS acts as an intermediary in customs clearance and payment forwarding but is not responsible for any costs imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

UPS Worldwide Saver®

Delivery Time:
UPS Express Saver offers fast transit times. Delivery is typically by the next business day to most of Europe, by the end of the second business day to most destinations in the US and Canada, and in about 2–3 business days to key destinations in other continents. Calculate the shipping time.

Tracking:
End-to-end tracking is included with UPS Express Saver. Every shipment receives a UPS tracking number that allows both the sender and recipient to follow the package’s progress in real time on UPS’s website.

Duties and Taxes:
For international shipments, UPS will handle the customs clearance process on the shipper’s behalf as part of the service (routine import brokerage is included). However, any import duties, VAT, or other government charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient by default. The recipient will need to pay any such duties and taxes (usually before or at delivery) unless other arrangements have been made. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are typically collected by UPS from the receiver.

Responsibilities:
The sender is responsible for properly packaging the goods, providing accurate address details and all necessary paperwork (such as invoices or customs documents for international shipments). The sender must also ensure the shipment meets UPS guidelines (e.g. weight and size limits). UPS is responsible for picking up the parcel, transporting it securely, and delivering it to the recipient’s address. UPS provides door-to-door service, managing the shipment from collection to final delivery. UPS also assumes limited liability for loss or damage per its terms (a standard amount is covered, with an option for the sender to declare a higher value for additional coverage). The recipient is responsible for being available to receive the delivery. UPS usually requires a signature upon delivery for Express shipments, so the recipient (or an authorized person) should be present to sign for the package. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, UPS may re-attempt delivery or redirect the package to the nearest UPS Access Point for pickup.

Order

Products are ordered from our online store at www.tritaniumstore.fi. All orders are automatically confirmed by email with a link to the user -specific order tracking page. In order to obtain an order confirmation, you need to provide the correct email address at the time of your order. The customer undertakes to the delivery terms in force at each order. Note! The cost of the refund of the package that has not been picked up is borne by the customer. In this case, we will reduce the cost of the refund (€ 9.90) for the price for the product for the product.

Ordering with campaign code

The campaign code is asked on the right side of the shopping cart / cash page. After entering and storing the code, the system automatically calculates the discount on prices.

Payment methods

Products and possible shipping costs will be paid at the time of ordering. Payment service services and payment service providers are in our online store:

Tracking your order

The order placed can be monitored through the order tracking pages. After the order confirmation, the customer will also receive up-to-date payment and delivery confirmations by email, making it easy to track the order progressing. You can also print a receipt through the order tracking page.

Problem situations in transportation and defective products

If the product has disappeared during transportation, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify the error immediately by email: info@tritaniumstore.fi 

Notice of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made immediately, but within 7 days of receiving the product. If the package is corrupted during transport, the product must be immediately complained about the person responsible for transportation.
