The very high-quality eXtend 3.0 compression shirt is perfectly suited for sports that require a lot of power and endurance, such as endurance sports, gym training, crossfit, aerobics and various ball sports. The shirt can be worn either as is or with so-called as a base layer under the training/competition outfit.
For post-performance recovery, we recommend specially designed eXtend Low compression sleeves of a lower pressure category.

Dressing:

When choosing the right size, the most important criterion is the chest circumference, take the measurement from the widest part of the chest with the muscles of the upper body relaxed.
