Exchange and return conditions
The products have a 14 -day return policy from the time of receipt of the shipment.
The consumer must always and separately notify the seller of the cancellation of the order. An order cancellation can be reported freely on this form or by sending an email to: info@tritaniumstore.fi
In the case of a product exchange or there is a clear manufacturing error in the product, we will not charge processing costs for the return. In other cases, we will charge the processing expense for the prepaid customer return freight (letter € 4.00 / package € 8.00). Note! Returning the product/products at a cost of processing costs will not be charged. The amount of the trade deducted with the possible processing fee will be returned to the customer as soon as the product has returned to us.
The product to be returned / replaceable must be fully in its original condition (manufacturer's product flaps, etc.), unused and marketable. If the product has been enabled, the customer is responsible for decreasing the value of the product itself. If you cancel the trade and not notify us in any way or in any other way before the product is returned, the transaction will be binding and the payment you make will remain in effect.
Instructions for product return or exchange
We recommend that you return your product/products at your own cost, so that the processing costs are not charged and we will receive your refund faster and will also get the money returned faster.

If you use the postal customer return, here are instructions for it:
1. Pack the product in original condition and unused carefully into the original plastic/package
2. Put according to the shipment letter/cover indicating your name and order number and information what you want with your order to do
