• Dressing: Always dress and remove knee supports by "rolling", do not pull the upper resorment. Note! The supports should be dressed so that 2/3 of the support goes above the knee and 1/3 is below the knee. In addition, the subsidies should be dressed directly against the bare skin and it is advisable to remove the extra "pull" off the top by putting the support properly in place. 
• Recommended use: Used during performance, use can be started eg 15-30 minutes. prior to performance

Measurement instructions:
Take the circumference for the thighs and at the thickest point of the calf, the more significant selection criterion is the circumference of the thigh. Choose the correct size based on the size of the table.
