Dress code:
- Always put on and take off sleeves by "rolling" instead of pulling.
- Put the sleeves up enough so that the top rib of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a shirt sleeve etc. under the product.
- The reinforced honeycomb zone of the sleeves comes on the outside of the elbow
Recommended use:
- Recovery - used immediately after physical exertion, use time is not limited (can also be used while sleeping). Preparation - Used 1-2 hours before sports performance

Measurement instructions:
Take the circumference measurements from the thickest part of the bicep and forearm with the arm extended straight. Choose the right size based on the measurements in the chart. If your size is between two sizes, choose the larger size.
